Ordering and pricing

CCI’s office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.  If you need to contact us outside of office hours, please leave a voice mail message or send an e-mail.  Messages are frequently checked and calls returned as soon as possible.  Our business changes constantly, so our pricing, policy and services may change periodically.  Please check with us for our latest offerings! 

All first-time clients receive a complimentary initial consultation to discuss specific needs, food preferences, and details for the services requested.  Just give us a call at 773.551.1590 or e-mail us at info@convergencecuisine.com to make an appointment for a consultation.

Convergence Cuisine provides customized estimates for all services.  We will work with you to achieve the right balance of cuisine, service and value that’s right for you.

 

Pricing varies based on the type of event, number of guests, menu selections, complexity of the menu, ingredients used, and other factors.  Costs are provided on a per-person basis, with additional line-item costs such as service fees, staff, any necessary rental costs and tax on food.

 

In-home private dining starts at $27 per person, plus additional costs as described above.  You can select three-, four- or five-course meals.

 

Hors d’oeuvres, buffets, brunch, luncheon and barbeque parties begin at $15 per person.

 

Please note that the per-person price is based on our quantity recommendations and other factors specific to each event.

 

All services require a Service Agreement and a deposit to reserve the date for your service or event.  Staffed events require a 50% nonrefundable deposit, due in advance with the signed Service Agreement.  The deposit amount for unstaffed events is based on the service requested.
